The ATO has recently changed how businesses and their bookkeepers may receive or send BAS paperwork. No longer will there be any physical paper activity statements or reminders coming from the ATO.
What does this mean for you?
For Clients that have previous arrangments to continue with paper lodgements, these will not change in the short term.
To help you avoid penalties be aware of deadlines and lodgement dates in relation to your business.
At admintechniQs our registered BAS Agent is able to communicate with the ATO electronically on your behalf.
Their will be no change for electronic clients. You can still view, lodge, vary, revise and pay through your preferred electronic channel.
